NDT FOR PIPELINE FABRICATION OF HSTD FIELD DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

Since September 2012, AlphaNDT have been executing NDT (RT using X-ray machine, MT, UT, PT) for onshore fabrication of 16”,8”,6”pipeline system which is a part of Hai Su Trang– Hai Su Den Development project which to construct two topsides and two jackets with total weight of 5,000MT.

NDT FOR SU TU TRANG LTPTP HOOK-UP AND COMMISSIONING

After being launched offshore, the Su Tu Trang LTPTP has been fixed into Block 15-1 and tied with Su Tu Vang, Su Tu Den oilfields to boost the exploitation capacity of the Su Tu Vang, Su Tu Trang, Su Tu Nau and Su Tu Den oilfield group which had been discovered by CLJOC.

ALPHANDT TO SUPPLY NDT SERVICE FOR THANG LONG – DONG DO TOPSIDE FABRICATION

On 14 May, 2012 at PTSC Yard, the owner Lam Son JOC and the main contractor PTSC MC organized the first-cut ceremony of Thang Long – Dong Do topside fabrication. The project includes construction of two topsides Thang Long and Dong Do weighing about 1,100 tonnes each. The fabrication is scheduled to finish in August 2013 and will be launched offshore to install at 02/97 Block located in Cuu Long Basin, 160 km Vung Tau away from the East.

SU TU TRANG LTPTP TO BE LAUNCHED

After 19 months of fabrication, today the Su Tu Trang LTPTP construction including topside (weighted 1,530 tonnes), jacket (weighted 1,475 tonnes), Pile, Boat landing and Sea fastening have been launched at PTSC SB Yard. Su Tu Trang oilfield to be tied with Su Tu Vang, Su Tu Den oilfields is located in Block 15-1 offshore Vietnam, approximately 145 km east of Vung Tau and owned by Cuu Long JOC.
